Some Serato Crates Missing

Product Scratch Live Hardware Rane SL 1 Computer PC
Version 1.7 Platform - OS Windows Vista (32 bit)

Hi,
Some of my serato crates are not showing up when the program loads. All of the crates that should load are listed in the Serato files on both the hard drive and the external (the ScratchLive and ScratchLiveBackup file both have the same crates). What other issues could be preventing the crates from loading?
Thanks

The program reads the crates that it displays from the Subcrates folders.

If not using the 1.9.2 version I would update. Download link below.

I would also recommend putting all of your music in one location. Ideally the internal but if that exceeds the space allowed, put everything on your external.

Actually I selected the wrong version before. I'm using 1.9.2...I guess the issue could be the files not all being in the same location. Will I have to remake the crates that dont pop up when serato runs but still show up in the ScratchLive folder.

On the internal HD you should have a "ScratchLIVE" folder in the "Music" folder.

On the external HD you should have a "_ScratchLIVE_" folder in the root of the drive.

Inside each folder is a "Subcrates" folder. That is where it reads your crates from.

If everything is in the above locations, your program should display everything in your subcrates folders.

Yea, all of the crates that show up in those folders don't show up when the program loads. I have never had this happen to me before.

If it is the proper format AND you see your crates in the Subcrates folder but the program isn't reading it, I would guess it isn't in the proper location.

Make super all of the letters are capitalized like my example above.
