The left deck only plays out of the left speaker, and the right deck only plays out of the right speaker. I can't get the song to come out of both speakers. please help me!! i checked the videos on how to set up and it looks right to me. i have RCA's plugged into the master output, and the other side (quarter inches) go into my powered speakers.

it would really help figuring out your issue if you're a little more descriptive with your set-up. Computer type, OS, rane hardware, software version, mixer, turntables, cd's and so on...
