I'm assuming that in the MIDI learn mode, that when prompted with the option to press TAB, that when pressed the knob will then work in the opposite direction. I am mapping the knobs to control the pitch sliders.

Hi frenchroast,

That's correct, pressing tab will reverse the direction of the MIDI control.

Thanks for the reply Michael. Pressing TAB does not seem to change the knob spinning action to reverse on the pitch slider on the DN-HC1000S. I am trying to increase the value of the pitch by turning the knob clockwise. As it stands I can only get it to work in the opposite fashion.

Thanks,
Patrice Colas

You have to press tab while you still have your mouse over the button/function while the green MIDI dialogue box is showing.

Thank Konix. I figured out the problem. I was using "relative on/off" mode which does not reverse when TAB is pressed like the others. Not sure if this is a bug or if that's the way it works. Unfortunately, this is the only mode that works well for the pitch shifters with the infinity knobs.

Hey Patrice,

The reverse function not working in relative on/off mode is indeed a bug in Scratch Live. We're working on a fix for it, although I can't guarantee it will make it into 2.0.
