My computer won't install the Vestax VCI-300 driver! It happened after I opened Virtual Dj to try to mix with the VCI-300 but it didn't work so I never explored any further things about it..
Well then i turned on ITCH again and it worked fine. After that I was going to eat and i unplugged the cable from my PC. Then when I came back and plugged it in, it wouldn't load the VCI-300 driver.. I've reinstalled ITCH like 6 times but it won't let me install the drivers..
Please help me
Thanks

Hi zOreX.
I was the weekend here in New Zealand, sorry for the late response.
As for your issue. As the VCI-300 doesn't have a driver that wouldn't be the issue anyhow.
Did you have good playback before you updated the firmware?
Did the firmware update complete? Or did it freeze or did you unplug it or close down ITCH or your computer during the update process?

Hi,
Okay, that's okay I was just worried.
Yes! Exactly, I had good payback before i updated.
No! That's correct, it froze and i shutted down ITCH because I couldn't do anything!
Thanks for the reply

Are you sure?
Because you know I said that I live in Sweden, and to send the controller to you will cost me alot..
But let me get this straight, if I send my VCI-300 to you guys, what do you do, nothing? I assume that someone will have to pay for it, but who?
Thanks again for all the replys, i appriciate it

Vestax will be able to advise what are your options.
I am at Serato, so don't have the information that would allow me to advise on this hardware return I'm sorry. Your best bet is to talk to them and discuss what your options are.
If you send Serato the unit, it'd cost you a fair bit as we are in New Zealand!
Cheers.

What is going on here?
That's a danish website.. And my guarantee is on www.thomann.de I have over 2 years left of it from there. But it's in Germany and I just wondered if my hardware issue is going to be listed as a "guarantee-thing"..
Sorry about being slow but I just don't understand
Thanks

Sorry zOrex,
Ive double checked and as your warranty is specifically with Thomman, you will need to go back to them directly.
Any problems let me know

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know that, in my ITCH folder, I can't find a VCI-300 folder, just V7 and NS7..
It's located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Serato\ITCH\Drivers
It should be a VCI-300 driver there too. Do you guys have it so you can send it for me or something.. This is the last thing I will do, after this I'm going to ship it away for a repair, if it doesn't work..
/ Oliver

There isn't a VCI-300 driver, as it's class compliant (plug+play) so there is no folder.

It does look that way, which is why sending the machine back for repair/replacement will be the go.
Good luck!
