when i connect the box to my computer there is a blue light that comes on instead of the green light.. when i connect the usb to the box and my computer it gives off the sound that something has been attach to the computer but it still shows my interface is disconnected when i bring up the serato screen!! why is it doing that and what can i do to fix it??

With the box connected -

Program Files
Serato
Driver_updater32 - Double click that and it should manually install the drivers for you.
