Hello Derrick,

Try following these directions on every usb port on your computer:

1. Shut down any program you have open.
2. Click on the Start menu in the lower left corner of your desktop.
3. Click on All Programs.
4. Click on the Serato folder.
5. Double click the 'Update Driver' link.

If that doesn't work please make sure to unplug any other usb devices and try the steps above again.

If your still having issues please list the exact specs of your computer and we'll go from there;)

It Didn't Work, I Think The Box Is defective & needs Repair, Thanks again, I'll Put It In The Shop

Before you get it fixed I would test it using a different computer... preferably one that already has SSL installed and works when using other Rane hardware.
We have seen some issues with some Windows 7 machines not being able to install the driver for the Rane device which is why I asked you what the exact specs of your computer are.

Let me know.. and try using the box on a different computer;)
