blue light will not turn on also the program says my rane mixer is disconnected

The light in the back will not turn on also the rane mixer will not connect to the computer all the things are set up according the the guide.

People have gotten positive results by replacing the usb cable, try that.

New USB cord or a different port, try that.

If no love, do you have access to another MAC that you can plug the mixer into?

The light if blue would indicate some type of recognition from the computer.
