Can you please give me the specs of your computer and whether you are running Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit?

Next, can you please try this:

1) Ensure Scratch Live is closed.
2) Connect the SL 1 to your computer.
3) Click the Windows Start button and go to All Programs -> Serato -> ScratchLIVE
4) In there you will see the Update Drivers program, click and run this.
5) The drivers for the SL 1 will now be installed.

Does this solve your problem?

Now, just need to find the original manual. I have to read the basics on how to use the serato program. There is any PDF files to download. I have party to DJ for the end of march
