when i load scratchlive up it says hardware disconnected so i ran troubleshooting and it saids sl1, sl3, mp4, devices not connected so i upgraded my toshiba labtop to 1 gb. still not installing drivers correctly so what is there to do next

Hi shaboor,

Can you please give me the specs of your computer and whether you are running Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit?

Next, can you please try this:

1) Ensure Scratch Live is closed.
2) Connect the TTM 57SL to your computer.
3) Click the Windows Start button and go to All Programs -> Serato -> ScratchLIVE
4) In there you will see the Update Drivers program, click and run this.
5) The drivers for the TTM 57SL will now be installed.

Does this solve your problem?
