Ok I have about 200 videos.Videos are from either franchise djvideossource or itunes.All videos mp4 proper codec everything good.When downloading videos all videos went into a file labeled Videos.Heres the situation.Have been matching videos with songs but some icons are different.Some have a red video box with an itunes icon some have a white video box with an itunes icon those play perfectly no problem. Then i have some with just a white video box when loaded sound comes out but no video.All videos are in itunes.Have an external when matching song with video usualy
grab song from itunes and video from external thru files tab.Also seems these files wont let me match a song to it.Not running video for sets or anything jus twant the couple i have to be on point. P.S. Anybody know of a good projector to run video. THANKS.

A red video icon means that the file is a video file, a white video icon means it is a video file with an audio file associated to it. If either of these have an iTunes icon on them it means that the file was imported from your iTunes library.


If the video doesn't play it usually means that the video is an unsupported codec. What format are these files?


Do you mean that if you try and associate an audio file with these videos files it doesn't work, or it does work but doesn't save for the next time you play the file?

I mean when i try to associate an audio file with those files it doesnt work. All my videos are codec h-something the one u guys recommend.

Do you know what format the audio files are? The association information is saved to the audio file itself, so also make sure that these files aren't set to read only.

Sorry for the delay been ridiculously busy. Problem has been resolved all files are fine.Really dont want to tell you what i was doing wrong feel like an ass. {Fader on wrong channel.There i said it stop laffin} Thanks for your quick response. Nobody does it like SERATO!!!
