hi

i have updated to 1.9.2 and since that i couldn't play anymore. the hardware is shown as connected but the tracks didn't play. even not as abs played.

is this i a known problem with 1.9.2? with 1.8 everything works fine! is there a possibility to download older versions?

thanks for your support!

Hi michaelalli,

Are you using turntables or CDJs? What do your scopes look like when using 1.9.2, do they look like any of the examples on this page? -> www.serato.com (click link)

If you wish to download an earlier version of Scratch Live you can find them all here -> www.serato.com

thanks for your help. i tried now the 1.8.3 version which i had before but it still does not work. i looked for the scope views, but i do not have any in the setup menu (i think there should be one ... www.ingenium.at )

any other suggestions what i can do?

Do you have your SL 1 connected to a USB port directly on your computer or is it connected to a USB hub? What model Mac are you using?

i have tried both. first i connected it via usb hub and then, because of the malfunction, i tried it directly. it was always the same result.

i have a mac book air, mac os x snow leopard. 10.6.2

The no scopes issue is usually caused by connecting the SL 1 to a USB hub, so I'm not sure why it's working with 1.8.2 and not 1.9.2 as it shouldn't be a software version specific issue :(

Are you using turntables or CDJs?

Are both decks not working? Do the through outputs work? If you go to the Scratch Live setup screen, then to the Hardware panel, do you have the Audio Input Level set to phono?
