Hi real deal,
What are you doing when this crash happens? (e.g. loading a track)
Is your music on an internal or external hard drive?

Hey real deal,
In regards to the crashes you're having - have you analyzed your files? If you have, have you removed all corrupt files from your library?
In regards to the waveform disappearing, this is usually due to the hard drive. Can you please give me the specs of the hard drive you are using?
