On the software GUI, verify that it is not in "INT" mode, put in in "REL" and start the turntable. Does that work?

First off.. Please verify that you are, in fact, using 1.9.2 by looking in the lower left corner of the setup screen. Also make sure your audio input in the Hardware tab of setup is set to 'phono' when using turntables or 'line' if using cd players.

Once done, play the control tone and tell us what you see in the scope views (circles? straight line?).

Also, what tracking percentage are you getting (found in the lower right corner of each scope view in setup)?

I am using 1.9.2 on mac osx snow leopard.

The audio input is set to phono.

In the scopes is nothing to see, it seems that the software doesn't receive the signal.

I really don't know what the problem is. I always take the biggest care for my material.
The serato hardware never fall, got wet or stuff like that, just one day it stopped working.

Thx already for the great intrest in fixing this problem and i am sorry for my lack of english.

Can you try either using a different SL1 with your setup or use your SL1 on a different setup (preferably a setup that uses its own SL1 so we know it works) to see if you get the same behavior?

If so, then I'm confident that the issue will be with the SL1 and you would then need to send it in for service.

i changed everything on my setup exept the sl1 because i only have 1. So an other macbook pro, other cables, other turntables.

Still no signal.
