I’ve called few days ago and sent an email, but I haven’t got no call-back or reply.

Pease see the attached message and respond ASAP.



I have just downloaded Time’n Pitch demo, and installed on my machine.

During the startup, the T&P appears, but only option is “quit” and the plug-in is not availale from Audio suit.



I’m using Mac tower Intel Core duo with OS 10.5 with Protools 7 HD.

After the installation and iLock authorization, the T&P is visible within protocols folder on application.



I tried rebooting the machine afterward, still no luck.

The problem is most often caused by lack of a license. Can you check that the iLok you're plugging into the computer actually has the Pitch 'n Time license. Also please check that the iLok is working. You can do all this on www.ilok.com. If you plug in the relevant iLok the website should be able to automatically detect it.
