Hello, for 64 bit windows vista you need to use 2.9.9 drivers and Itch 1.1 install itch 1.1 without the controller connected, then update the driver. You then need to apply the firmware update included in the driver package.

when i first installed Itch for the NS7 it gave me the error. So i rebooted my comp. to factory settings. then i installed everything all over and still i get an error even with the new driver. this is frustrating.

Ok I did EVERYTHING you suggested, downloaded itch with the Ns7 not connected, Itch downloaded, I then downloaded the drivers, and the firmware. Guess what, itch is STILL telling me that the device is not connected. I disabled my wireless, turned off my antivirus software, guess what? It's still not working. Also not all of the buttons light up when I turn it on? Ok here's the thing I have some gigs coming up in a week, I spent $1300.00 on this thing and I am begining to ask myself why? I don't have that kind of money to throw away and for $1300 bucks I should'nt have to ask you why my Ns7 is not working? DID I get unlucky and purchase one of the bad units that you guys had a recall on? I need this to work ASAP! Please tell me what is wrong. I know it's not my computer cause it's New and I removed ALOT of stuff off it before doing what you told me to do in the previous thread.
