last night djing at a club ITCH would crash on random songs i would load after pressing load track on the ns7. when loading a song the WAVEFORMS would disappear and music would stop playing. this would happen to random songs throughout the night. i would embarrassingly have to restart ITCH and other songs would work fine. I know the files aren't corrupt because later during the night the songs would load fine and other songs would randomly cause ITCH to fail. This problem NEVER happened before through everyday practicing with the ns7 and itch.

taht means u have to check the differnce wat u doin at home & at the club,

eg. did you have other software running? wat version of itch u was using. is it a different haard drive.?

Try updating your itch software to 1.5 release candidate. I've had no problems with performance. However, when I got my mac with snow leopard, I was having issues with 1.1.

make sure u have the lastest driver installed

One thing to check is to be sure all of your songs are analyzed before a gig. If Itch has to analyze a song right when you load it up, it is rough on the resources of the computer.

i wasn't doing anything different at the club than at home and no other software was running =(
and i was using ITCH 1.1
ive been reading a lot of posts in the forums and most people that dont have problems seems to be running 1.5

and the latest driver was installed prior to the gig.

the songs had been analyzed a week or two before so i dont know what the problem was. maybe i just need itch 1.5
