When i open the program it will start analyzing file, the window will closed it. This only happen if my exteranal hard drive are connected. Everything stared after I created a crate. what can I do to reset the program and start from as new. I hadd reinstalled it several time.

Hi Dj jochi,

Do you remember the name of that crate?
You should find a folder called: _Serato_ or _ScratchLIVE_ on the root of your external hard drive . Open that folder and the 'Subcrates' folder in it. Delete the crate that you just added. Does that help?

No, this did not help. I don't find that folder in serato.

The easiest way to reset the program is to rename the Serato / ScratchLIVE folder.

You'll find this folder in the "My Music" folder on your internal hard drive and on the root of your external hard drive. To do so:

1. close ITCH
2.rename the Serato / ScratchLIVE folder to something like old_Serato/ old_ScratchLIVE.
3. open ITCH

You can re-import your crates and your song history later, if you need them.
If the above didn't help, please let us know if you use more then one external hard drive.

Yes, please close ITCH and rename your Serato/ Scratch Live folder on your internal and on both external hard drives.
Does that load up?
