More information about my REC problem:

When your are in the mix all is ok the song is good, but after the mix when i heard the audio-rec there are some jump every 3 mn or some scratch or some "clic clic clic..."

When i am in the mix:
all the ohter soft are closed
Airport and wifi are closed
Energy economy and economy screen closed
i used the USB near me (not the USB near the screen)

I know a little bit how to do when problems comes with ITCH and NS7 because in the begening ( you can see the my other Help Request ) in May 2009 i have a lot of problems but when comes the 1.1 update 90% off the problems are OK, but since 1.1 i see somme random rec bug.. But now i have the problem always...

Can you make sure you are doing everything in this article:
www.serato.com

Can you please try using the ITCH 1.5 beta, this is pretty stable and close to release.
But it will be good to see if that fixes things.

Also are you still using this computer:
2.4GHZ Macbook unibody
4GB ram
10.5.7 version of OSX

Are you using any other USB devices?

What USB buffer are you set to in ITCH?

I don't use anything else when i play ITCH & NS7

i have just the connection usb conexion betwin the Laptop and the NS7 and the power cable of the laptop.

I am using the original cable??? i don't understand " What buffer are you set to in ITCH"

If you go into ITCH, in the Setup screen, there is a slider called 'usb buffer size (latency)'. Where is this set to?

Ok, the usb Buffer size is at 1 but i have try to rec some mix with the usb buffer size at 2 and it change nothing.

I have dowload the 1.5 Beta 3, and to 1 hour mix and rec.
The rec is OK (for the moment).
