I purchased Pitch 'n Time LE to go with Logic Studio 2009 running on OS 10.6.2. It downloaded, I installed - never got ilok authorization as it said my ilok software was more recent. I tried opening Logic, reinstalling PnT, etc. It does not show up, I have no serial number on the order 0019510, and only after spending 30 minutes going through the website I found the "does not work with 10.6!!!! This should have been stated at time of purchase. I would like a full refund immediately. OS 10.6 has been out for months - even PT supports it!! so I had no idea - this is literally the first software I've purchased since OS10.6 was released that is still unsupported. Needless to say it does not show up anywhere, and is unusable. I will go ahead and get Melodyne as I have a deadline rapidly approaching. You will have my credit card info and also notice nothing in the way of serial numbers, codes, etc. have been sent.
