I'm afraid we can't alter licenses once they've been transferred to your iLok key. I believe you can delete any licenses on your iLok by going to www.ilok.com and going to the Manage Licenses section.

On the iLok website, there is no "trash" bin icon available to delete this demo licence. For me, on my end, it is effectively impossible to remove it. that is why I contacted you guys. I have tried numerous times to remove it after having purchased the Pro version.

The iLok people asked me to contact you, in order to get a removal request from you through iLok.com, they said they cannot remove it for me either, that only through a removal request fro the manufacturer could it get removed.

I have had this issue when updating Waves licences, however, they do remove the old licences through a remove request, and install the new licence in place of the old one.

Maybe you could contact iLok.com service & support? They have told me to contact you.

You cannot remove demo or trial licenses from an iLok. If you purchase the corresponding product, you can replace the demo or trial license with the full license. Demo or trial licenses that are part of a Bundle behave differently. These licenses are not replaced by the full license, but are instead Queued. If you need to free up space on a given iLok, you can move your demo or trial licenses to another iLok."

So in fact they cannot remove it for me. Unless I get a surrender order from your company, which I did not ever get when I purchased the Pro Pitch N Time Licence.

Am I stuck with a non-valid demo licence forever?
