HELP! I AM IN A MESS AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Trying to use Pitch 'n Time LE with Logic Pro. Followed all the procedures (eg. I do have an ilok already, I downloaded the demo software and installed etc etc), but when I tried to open Logic Pro, it halted and simply wouldn't open when it reached Serato Pitch 'n Time. So I forced quit. Then I saw a message had come up saying:
This version of Pitch 'n Time requires authorization in order for you to use it. If you wish to demo Pitch 'n Time LE please visit our website, serato. com, to request a demo authorizationfor your ilok.com account.

However, I believe I had already done this before (since I received an email from Serato saying: Thanks for purchasing a Serato product (don't quite understand why it said 'purchased' as I had just dowloaded a free demo!). And it gave me a verfication code. Anyway, I then tried to log in to register again, and this time it asked for a serial number, which of course I do not have. Anyway - I am now stuck, as I cannot open Logic Pro at all. When I go to ilok account, I cannot see anything to do with serato demo authorization. Please can you help. This is really urgent. Thanks!!
