Not sure how to describe this but here it goes.
I have the custom crate columns selected and i use a lot of subcrates. I had customized my view of all the crates & sub crates to fit all the tag info (song name, bpm, comment, etc) that will fit on my laptop. and it worked great.
BUT itunes quit unexpectedly earlier. I opened up serato and the view/layout of all my crates is wrong. Certain tags aren't showing. And the size of tags is wrong (for example the song tag is the width of my screen!)the layout has changed and it has all gone to a default i guess. In addition i have about 100 or songs that the date added has changed. i added them over a year ago but now it reads that they were added today.
Also a few of my crates are missing. These are all crates that were created more recently.
Usually when i start scratch live it reads the itunes library and takes a while to load. but this time it was reading tag information from songs (which it never does). It's like scratch live was reading these songs for the first time.
I do weekly back-ups so is it possible to revert to last weeks itunes library file and solve the issue? or revert to the database v2 file from last week and get my previous crate layout back?
I have over 100 craetes so it would take a long ass time to get everything back to how it was. This has happened before so i wanna figure out how to prevent from having to redo everything step by step.

this is still happening.
Now i have crates that are missing in scratch live.
They are still in the music/scratchlive/crates folder but they don't show up in scratchlive. I can't drag and drop them into scratchlive either.
any suggestions??

Hello ebelo,
I'm not sure what happened but try this:
Shut down SSL.
Open the ScratchLIVE folder inside your Music folder on your internal drive.
Rename the Subcrates folder so it reads 'Subcrates1'.
Re-open SSL.
Any luck?
