Has anyone had any of their file just disappear? Seems like after a while, my video files don't exist anymore. I cantacted customer support, they never heard of this problem.
I contacted other dj's that have the same problem so, it's not my system.
I have about 400GB of free disc space,3GB ram, fresh install XP Pro, no virus' but yet, I have to keep re downloading my videos.
Any help would be great.

Do you have any of these videos in iTunes? Are you using an external HD?

iTunes is notorious for having files go missing within ScratchLIVE. This has been going on for years now. I suggest you pull the videos out of iTunes. Even if you fix this issue now it will come up again in the future.
Many people say when a file goes missing - they simply play it in iTunes for a second and then un-check ---- re-check Read iTunes library within SSL and the tracks appear. Is this the case for you?

ok, so I tried playing the file in itunes and get the same message- file not found.
this really bugs me because I have to keep going back to download my files. maybe I should remove all files from itunes and uninstall itnes all together.

If its missing in iTunes then its def. going to be missing within SSL. Yes I would recommend using the "Folder to Crate" method instead of iTunes. Less headaches for everyone lol.
