You will need to convert the .jpeg file to a video format.
We suggest mp4.
Once its been converted to an .mp4 you can associate the video file to any audio files by loading an audio file and then dragging/dropping the video file onto the 'set video tab' underneath the virtual deck you have the audio loaded to.

I, personally, don't have any experience converting a .jpeg to mp4 but I'm sure a quick Google search can get you that info.
