hello i noticed my channel fader was loose. i removed the mixer faceplate and discovered that the fader was broken where the screw mounts the fader to the mixer housing. Also the fader knobs keep coming off they appear to be cracked. Is this something thats replaced under warranty or do i have to purchse replacements. My mixer was purchased in 2007 and im sure i registered it on the site but i cant seem to find the serial on the site here. Thanks Ultimate

You can call us at 425.355.6000 to arrange a Return Auth#. Make sure you have the serial number handy, we need that to check warranty info. Warranty covers 2 years and if you register the product, you get an additional year.

the same exact thing happened with my right channel upfader mixer...The top screw appears to not be holding onto the threads in the little plastic fader mount. is this problem common. I was going to try putting a little locktite on the screw to see if it holds...I would hate to have to send my entire mixer just to get a stupid little piece of plastic fixed...
are there any people licensed to work on RANE mixers in the Los Angeles area?

They don't expire. What is it though, I can double check the info. If you want to email me, chads@rane.com
