When you purchase Pitch 'n Time Pro online you are prompted to enter your iLok user ID, the license is then sent to your account. If you didn't do this you can register your copy (and access your serial number) by clicking the "Edit Your Profile" link below your forum login and go to the "Product Registration" tab.
