I'm buying SSL soon. When i install the program for the first time, should i just download and install the latest version from this site? Or do i have to use the cd installation first? thanks

On the mac you can just install the most recent version from here.

In fact, you could download SSL now and do all your sound organization while you're waiting.

afaik, if you're using windows, you could also dl the driver in addition: scratchlive.net
