it wanted work when i try to go to the serato scratch live program to find my music to put in the hiphop,r&b to crated slot.of it wanted even play on the round circle either

when i download a music to my media player to put the music to my serato scratch live program it wanted let me do it of i already have the music download to the program but when u crates like hiphop or rnb then but u wanted to put that music into hiphop or rnb u can't do it like it freeze up then

I'm afraid it's a little unclear as to what the problem is you are having! Are you saying that Scratch Live freeze when you try to add files to your crates? If so how are you adding them - from your library, the files window or from an Explorer window?

ok when u download the music to ur media player u can put it to ur serato scratch live program and put it to ur crates but it wanted let me do that or it wanted let me put it in the virtural circle either

When you say wanted, do you mean won't?

also, are you trying to drag the files direct out of windows into scratch live or using the 'files' tab in SSL?

One of the Serato guys can correct me on this but i'm 99% sure that does not work. Files need to be dragged onto the virtual decks from within scratch live.

We're based in New Zealand so we're in a different time zone from you.

You can't import tracks by dragging them from Windows Media Player into Scratch Live. You can drag them in using the Files panel, from a Window Explorer window or by setting Scratch Live to read your iTunes library.

i still need help wit my computer of serato scratchlive wanted work of when i tab crate and i name it hip or r&b it wanted let me put my music in the crate of if u can help me out on that and thanks.

If you go to the Setup screen, then to the Library tab, do you have the "protect library" option on? If so, make sure it is unchecked.
