I was browsing through my music folder looking for a crate in the Scratch folder and I noticed that there were a bunch of artist folders in the root of the music folder (not in the itunes>music folder) These folders mirrored most of my itunes library. Did scratch make these folders? I know that I didnt put them there. I removed them and reopend SSL, it still had all of its music. Thoughts?
when you drag music into ITunes it copies it by default to the ITunes directory, you can turn this off in the preferences. Go to ITUNES,PREFERENCES, then click advanced and uncheck the box that says Copy files to itunes music folder when adding to library"
