Do you receive an error message when you try to register your plug-in? If so what does it say?

Hi Michael.
I am simply trying to register the PnT Pro software using Serato's website .
I go into my Serato Account - Strangeworld _
I then select "Edit your Profile".
I then select Serato products and try to Add a new Product (i.e Pitch n Time Pro )
When I click on Register - Nothing happens. No Error message !
I have tried doing this using Safari and Firefox and it will not allow me to Register the software using either browser.
I hope this makes sense to you. I cannot think that there is any other way to register the software so that I can have an Authorisation sent to one of my iLok accounts.

I'm a web developer here at Serato, so Michael asked me to jump in and help you with your problem.

Do you have javascript enabled in your browser? If not you'll need to enable it to complete the registration process.

When registering PnT Pro are you specifying your iLok account name at the time of registration? (this is optional - you can enter it now or later - but it would help me to isolate any potential bugs if you let me know).

I have no idea how to enable javascript in Safari . I am just a humble recording engineer ! I did try to register/authorise it using both Safari and Firefox browsers on my mac to try and register the plugin. It did not work using either browser . I did not try Internet Explorer - I gave up after trying to register using Firefox.
It would not allow me to specify an iLok name .It said I could do this later.
When I clicked on Register- Nothing happened as I said before !
When I downloaded the demo version it worked no problem .
You have have to see the funny side of it not working having paid over £500 for the Pro version of the plugin !!!
I was just following the Authorisation instructions that were in the box to register PnT Pro. Should be easy surely ?!

Yes - Java script is definitely enabled in Safari.
