can't see where I send my authorization from serato to ilok it says on the site I can do that but can't find it and my ilok doesn't show it as of yet

Hi bayersjr,
You can find this by clicking the "Edit Your Profile" link below your forum login and then going to the "Serato Products" tab. There you can authorise any plug-ins you own :)

i did that, and it says it's already registered. the problem is it's not showing in my ilok account and also, i could do it by entering the license code but i don't have that either

Does it have a box to the right allowing you to enter your iLok user ID? You should be able to see the serial numbers of all the products you have registered.

yes, i put in my serial # and also my ilok id and it again, says, this product is already owned by you and then when I went to my ilok account still nothing....is there a place on the serato site to get a license code?
