I've been experiencing problems with the BPMs of my files ever since upgrading to 1.5 (as beta). My files show a blank BPM and only display the data if I double click on them. For example "Track 1" has no BPM until I click it; then it shows 108 in the BPM field. However if I load it using the keyboard shortcuts (without clicking on it) is does to display at all. Any fixes for this problem this is very annoying?

Yes in both cases. I use iTunes, MixMiester BPM, and rescanned my entire library in SSL. I have never had this problem until I upgrade to 1.5; I just installed 1.6 and hopefully won't experience this problem.

Try this:
1. Open up iTunes.
2. Highlight all your tracks.
3. Click on the 'advanced' tab.
4. Click 'convert id3 tags'.
5. Convert using the 'none' option.
6. Hightlight all your tracks again.
7. Click on the 'advanced' tab again.
8. Click 'convert id3 tags' again.
9. Convert using the '2.3' option.
10.Open SSL and see if that did the trick.

Thanks for the advice will do? Now what about tracks mysteriously changing speeds (on two tracks I have perfected)?
