I am in australia and I just bought my SSL over the net from tha US, I have connected everything up and loaded the softwhere on my macbook but it doesnt seem to work. When I go into the setup menu and place the needle on the record and push play no green circles appear, th record is spinning but SSL doesnt seem to recognise the turntable, can anybody help me? It would be much appreciated.

What version do you have? It should be located in the lower right corner of the setup screen.

Make sure the audio input level (also in the setup screen) is set to phono.

If you have a new Mac with the intel chips you will need to download version 1.5 or higher in order for SSL to work.
