Is it possible to put a different piece of artwork for each song? Like 12" and album covers, etc? I have never been able to get any artwork to detect.

I guess nobody knows anything about the album artwork option on serato?

Yes, each song can store artwork. The artwork is stored in the ID3 tag. You'll need to go through and manually put the artwork for each song in it's ID3 tag. iTunes can add artwork, as well as a few other tagging programs.
