Is this happening with whitelabel.net files that used to work fine or are they new releases you have downloaded?

These are new releases that have never been decoded. Prior to the .wl extension my whitelabel files worked fine. The upgrade that required me to unlock my WL fileshas never worked. I continue to download the files in hopes that the situation will some how resolve it's self and I wouldn't have to try to download the entire catalog.
The gist of the error is pretty simple.
Power up.
attach sl3 or not (tried both methods)
open Serato
wait for itunes library to populate.
the Whitelabel.net icon comes up next to it reads "Your email address is incorrect"
I enter my email and password that allows me to download the whitelabel.net files
click unlock or return after entering my password(tried both methods) and the message still remains. At this point I just need to know what I can do to get this to work.

Not all whitelabel files are locked, only some so even if you can't unlock a few files you should still be able to play the not locked files. Do you know which files it won't unlock?


The hardware itself doesn't dictate whether a file can or can't be unlocked, it's all done in the software.

Let me restate that I was pulling down files prior to the whitelabel unlock feature in Serato. these files didn't have the 32k / 320k paired files and these files work fine.

That's odd, none of these tracks are list locked. What happens when you try and play one of these tracks?


Whitelabel files have used the .wl.mp3 format from the beginning and have always had both the 32kps and 320kps audio tracks.

So I re-downloaded tracks and re-installed the software the files work but I am still getting the "Your email address is incorrect message."

When you open Scratch Live how many locked files does it say you have in your library? Any locked files will have a locked whitelabel icon next to them, as shown in this picture: s714.photobucket.com (click link)
