Hey Guys...
I started to record all my records on SSL with the new feature in 1.5. I am using Mixmeister to BPM my songs, which works great. My question is, how can I get the BPM of the songs which I recorded ? I tried to drag the folder "Recording" into Mixmeister, but nothing happens...
Any idea ?
Thanks

No, SSL records as AIFF. I do not believe Mixmeister can tag an AIFF file as they do not have typical ID3 tags. So I guess you'll need to convert your SSL vinyl rips to mp3.

Ah, correct. Mixmeister can only tag mp3s, it scans wav's as well, but does not seem to write the info into the file.

Use RazorLAME.
Yes as mp3 is a lossy compression.

Vince,
Hm.. it should work with iTunes?
Are you sure you are converting to mp3, wav, or aif?
Check here for operations on converting in iTunes>>>docs.info.apple.com

Vince,
If you buy the TTM57 SL you can record your mix using SSL.
There is a master mix option in the record view for this:)
