Hello to all the scratch live members and dj's abroad, my question is simple, on the virtual turntables when you read the bpms for example 120 can you read a decimal 120.2? And also when you match tempos of two different songs how accurate is the wave diagram...to me when I have two songs in sync what sounds to me to be perfectly the software shows them off...but I am totally new at this lol

everyone will say use your ears over the display...in my experience, the wave forms are dead on, although it depends on the track, as the display may be showing a high level attack that comes in early on a kick, but the actual bass that you are mixing is a few milli seconds after what the display is showing. always trust your ears first. as far as the decimel bpms, i believe serato is storing that bpm value, you're just not seeing it, and those bpms are accurate enough for loops and other bpm tasks.

The decimal point feature has been suggested but as yet not implemented, I find the waves are generally pretty accurate but I would never trust them alone. If it sounds right, I'd go with that before worrying about any graphical representation.
