Have you set up your turntables into the inputs of the SL1, and then the THRU into the mixer's Phono inputs, and the LINE out of the SL1 into the CD/LINE of your mixer's channel.

If you play the NoiseMap™ vinyl, can you see the circles in the Setup screen in Scratch Live ok?

Also make sure the mixer is hooked up to the amp properly.

When i play timecode vinyl is no circles in the Setup screen and everything is setup ok.
It seem that both input channels are death. Cables from turntable are ok and i try several type of stylus but it was same problem. I am DJ for 18 years and i know how to connect things in dj setup. I think that is problem in electronic in soundcard.

No, nothing coming out....

But you can see the LEDs inside Scratch Live playing the track?

Can you unplug everything, then plug the SL1 box directly into a Line in on your amplifier? Do you hear sound then?

No, is nothing out when i connect SL directly........

How long have you had your SL1 box for?

I buy SL last winter and they work ok, i don't used him last 3-4 weeks and now they don't work.

So just to be totally clear there's nothing coming out of any of the RCA outputs from the SL box (the Line outs, or the Phono Thrus etc?). If there's not, we may have to get Rane to have a look at this. Let me know, and I'll let you know what to do from here.

Yes man, output signal is zero ....... if somebody can send me schematics with signal flow of SL i'll try find error. If not, please tell me nearest Rane service (i am from Croatia) where to send SL.

Have you tried your SL1 using a different computer?

Do you have access to a different SL1 you can use for testing?

I find where is error!!!. In power section is something wrong with part P025CMD but i can't find datasheet on web.Please tell guys from Rane if they could send me datasheet of this part.Problem is when i connect ext. power supply i have voltage on all parts, but when connecting usb i don't have power on DCP020507 but have power on digital section. When i connected together USB and ext. power then coming to overheating of P025CMD.So i need electronic help to fix that.

Unfortunately, we don't have a schematic available to the public. All Scratch LIVE hardware units (SL1, MP4, TM57SL) are FSO (Factory Service Only) and until they come of the FSO list, no schematics can be sent to the public.
