Hi adrylab.
You are talking about the audio master output of your VCI and the headphones?
Where have you plugged the VCI out into? (ie. mixer, amp, mixer and amp).
Are the platters and controls all responding correctly?
Thanks.

Hi Matt-C,
VCI is directly plugged into amplified speakers. The platters and controls responding correctly and no delay in the headphone output, instead the audio track is very delayed into the speakers respect what I hear through headphones. I have also Rane SL-1 and this is not happening! Adrian from Italy

OK. Well, can you try to go out VCI's master jack outputs rather than the master RCA outputs at all and see if that is still the same?
How big a delay is it?
Cheers.

Hi Matt, no improvement from rca to jack output and the delay is significant in my Parrot Boombox, but I try on a different "professional" amplified speaker in a few days. Thanks

Ok. Let me know how you go. I will ask around and see if anyone has heard of this too.

Hi Matt,
no more problem with a different amplified speaker... you have any news for the low monitor level signal?
Cheers

Great, yeah, had a feeling it would be that, the internal audio architecture of things would have made that delay an extremely strange occurrence.
What do you mean by low monitor level signal?
Thanks.

This is an issue we are looking into for a fix, so keep an eye out for updates of ITCH.
