Just select "mix" from the recording menu in ScratchLIVE, hit the record button (the red dot), then mix away. When you're done, hit the red dot again to stop the recording, type in a name for the mix and hit the save button (the disk icon). The file will be saved in the Recording folder in the ScratchLIVE folder in your Music folder.
