I am having problems installing serato itch on my pc windows 8.1. It gets stuck on the part with its try to connect the controller to the pc. I downloaded the drivers and the firmware update still nothing i even try installing the software from the site instead of the cd, still nothing. it says it will take a few mins but it seems it will take years.

Please help me i am very itching to mix again, i just build a new computer for it and i haven't had a pc for months.
