hello i really love the vci300 and itch setup but have run into a small problem, some times when i load up itch not all of my music will appear. than when i restart itch some of my music returns but not all.trying to figure out if its a problem with itunes reading from my ext drive or if it is a itch issue. i have playlists in itunes and when i load itch it shows me the playlists but no songs in them. any suggestions you might have would be much appreciated!
Thanks!!!

Hey Jody,
What version of ITCH are you using? 1.0.3? Are you using Read iTunes Library on your external drive? Your iTunes might not be reading your music because you've relocated it and it can't find it anymore. Also, if you're trying to load music you've bought from iTunes, it's DRM'ed to not play in anything other than iTunes, which is why ITCH might not read it.

I've had the same problem, and made a post about it here, but the issue never got resolved...

Sorry on holiday as well! its weird because some of my purchased music from itunes plays, I wish there was a way around it because purchasing music from itunes is convenient and you are assured to get good quality. I just re-organized my hard drives and itunes and every thing seems to run fine except for some of my purchased music.
Thanks for the reply and great product!

Your purchased itunes tracks have a lock on them. You need to record them to a cd then re-import them back into your library and override the purchased track. After you do this the track will no longer be locked and you'll be able to mix and record with it. That will solve the issue with purchased tracks. Not sure about why your playlists don't pop up.
