Hello i have a prolem with the right platter , it works only in one way , I use Itch 1.0.4 beta3 on macintosh 10.5.6
so I need to use the trackpad for a cue point.

One time in a discussion Pene Serato Moderator wrote :

Does it always do this or only sometimes?

There is another guy who has an issue where his right platter will only scratch backwards and not forwards. It could be you have a similar issue - does the speed at which you scratch back and forth make a difference to how quickly it slips out?

Hi kkrraamm,

It has been suggested a shielded USB cable may help. Do you have one available to use and test?

Thank you for your help, I think my cable is already shielded but i am not sure.
I try to use with a new shielded cable and I come back after to explian if it is the good option or not.

I used with a shielded cable but nothing happen , the problem is always here.
Do you think , i must contact my salesman for the guaranty ?

Hi Kkrraamm,

That is probably the best option. Serato staff can help you with software problems, but this certainly sounds like hardware, so get in touch with the place you bought it from. They can hopefully sought you out a replacement.
