Left Hand Play/Pause and Cue Buttons Don't Work.

I've re installed the software and drivers several times and also tried Serato DJ. The buttons flash as normal but do not respond, I can still load tracks with waveforms and play them using the 'W' key. It's the same problem every time I load the software with no explanation as to why because I've not changed software or computer since I've owned the product.

Please help this is immensely frustrating!!

Hey Tropicalbenji,

Can you try a couple things for me? First of all, connect your controller to a different USB port and also try a different cable.

Its also a good idea to go through these steps: serato.com and make sure that those buttons are sending a MIDI signal.

Feel free to attach a screenshot of the MIDI signal and I'll try a Twitch here and make sure we are sending the same signals.
