Hey Todordj1,
Thanks for getting in touch,
Have a look at your DDJ-SX controller. Below certain buttons you will also see certain black writing that indicates the button can perform another task when the SHIFT button is being held down.
For Example: At the top of your DDJ-SX you have 4x LOAD buttons.
-- These buttons load tracks to decks.
-- You will also notice below each button the words "TRACK #, BPM, SONG, ARTIST"
-- Hold SHIFT and press a LOAD button. Notice the button performs a different task.
In regards to selecting saved loops and activating them, you can do this from your DDJ-SX controller.
SHIFT + "IN" (Slot Select) = scrolls saved looped regions from top to bottom.
-- You will notice a little thin blue outline around the saved loop thats selected.
SHIFT + AUTOLOOP (Loop Active) = activates the selected saved loop region.
-- If the playhead has already past the loop, or if the loop is at the end of the track, the track will continue to play as normal until it hits the loop region at which point it will start looping.
SHIFT + "OUT" (Reloop/Exit) = activates saved loop from the start of the loop.
-- This moves the playhead to the start of the loop straight away.
I have also attached the DDJ-SX Quick Start Guide, this PDF explains all the features inside Serato DJ and how you control them via your DDJ-SX controller.
Thanks :)

Hey Awsomedjnl,
You cant midi map the DDJ-SX. It come pre-midi mapped.
Trigger loops from the PADS is possible though... try following these steps.
(I have also attached an image to help you out)
1. Load a track that has a saved loop region you like to a DECK.
2. Open the SP-6 Sampler panel.
3. Put the SP-6 Sampler in ADVANCED view mode. (button to the left side of the panel).
4. Drag the saved loop region from the deck to a SP-6 sampler deck.
5. On the SP-6 sampler deck you can choose where you want the track to play from.
-- a CUE point / or a saved loop region.
-- Select the saved loop region you want to use.
You can now use the DDJ-SX PADS in SAMPLER mode to trigger off the loop region.
-- Note you have 3 different playback options in the SP-6 sampler so play around with those settings until you find one you think works with your loops.
-- Here is a link to the SP-6 section in the manual --> serato.com
Thanks.
