The usb port on my Serato box seems loose and goes in and out of power when connected to my laptop. It also switches to one deck from two mid set.

Sounds like your USB connector is breaking away from the main board. I'd be contacting Rane to get it serviced/repaired.

Hey jeffizm,

Yes.. sounds like the USB may be going bad. If you haven't already I would test on a different computer and/or USB cable though. If you find the same issue than give us a call and we'll get it in for service. 425-355-6000.
