So there's this guy who used to do A&R at a label I worked with, played hard house & techno but thought he was a 70's rock star. When he dropped a particularly large tune he would frequently grab whatever had been playing and smash the record over his head. The crowd loved it, but man that cost us a lot of vinyl :)

I remember seeing him one time walking away at the end of his set with a mixture of blood and sweat running all down his face and neck. He also went mental one time and picked up the deck and threw it across the stage....but that's another story.

and OUCH OUCH to skutch. I dropped my powerbook on the carpet a few weeks ago from about waist height. I now have a nice dent near the dvi port. sob sob sob. still works like a charm though

I remember my sister doing this a couple of years ago. When she arrived at het work five minutes later she found her laptop still on her roof, held in it's place by the radio-antenna!!

You gotta love those rubber feet :)
