Serato Video with other mixers!?

Is it possible to use a mixer with midi to control serato video plugin?
Mixers like Mackie d.2 have infinium cross-fader with midi and firewire connection.. it seeams to work with other soft like VDJ..

Its very frustrating for those who bougth the serato box as soon as it came out for almost 1000$ and at the time no one was saying the ttm-57 whould have videos support, if i knew that i whould wait a bit more to buy the ttm-57.

Its not that complicated to create a sollution for those that have the box and want video, there should already be one out there...

Didn't know the d.2 had midi... I got the d.4 and I would like to know where you got this midi info from.
