I have two systems.. One using the TTM57L mixer and laptop and the other with the scratch live box hooked up to my Pioneer DJM3000 mixer with a laptop. I currently have 2 different laptops (one for each system) but I want to use 1 laptop for both. The one I want to use currently runs the scratch live box hooked up to my Pioneer mixer. When I plug the USB into the TTM57L mixer it doesn't recognize it at all.

Do I need to load the TTM57L software to that laptop as well?

If I do, will I be able to tell the difference between the two?

If I do, can I load the crates into that version too?

If there is another way without loading the second program in that would be nice.

The software is the same, you don't need different version, as, they're the same! You just need to install the drivers for the 57 on the other computer.

To install the drivers you just need to hook both the TTM57SL and the SL1 into the computer and install Scratch Live once mer, during the install Scratch Live is searching for known components and if it finds them it installs the drivers.. :)
