LEFT MAIN OUTPUT CONTINUALLY DROPS OUT

When I start up serato on the 57sl I only get output from the main left out can see and hear signal on the left channel and can hear the left cue in cue mode but not master mode on headphones (have tried it on two different 57sl's same prob swithced out comps too, No dice). I have looked on your faqs and have not found an answer to this problem. I run on a 1.5ghz powerpc G4 with osx 10.4.11. I want to buy this mixer but cannot till I find out the why and solution.
Any solid ideas?

yes I have. Even tried the Aux and the booth outs no dice not a cable issue.

also using latest version of ssl 1.8.1 just got 1.8.2 this morning

One more thing I tried was running my SL box thru the 57sl and no dice with a left out also. I think its software but what? I turned off Internet no change, rebooted a couple times too still not working.

that's wierd considering that you've switched mixers and computers. Do you play on the same sound system everytime or does this happen on different sound systems?

I know its weird but I think it must be the software like osx, serato combo or maybee bad usb connection? would bad usb ports cause that? Kinda stuck on answers.

One Last thing just rocked a party again last night with the same computer and used the sl box with a different mixer and everything was A ok. It has to be some weird software thing but what?

Have you tried to reinstall the drivers for the 57?
